A quick and honest take

Great staff made our stay memorable! The King Suite was very clean, and the layout was perfect for our family. Nikki, the manager, went above and beyond to help during peak times. The breakfast was decent but could use improvement on pricing and service. Would consider staying again for overall experience!

We faced several issues during our stay that were disappointing. The pull-out sofa bed had a very thin, dirty mattress that was uncomfortable, making our sleep unpleasant. Additionally, there was a lack of cleaning service the next day after we put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, which left us feeling neglected.

The king suite was spacious and clean, and the staff, especially Donna and Alexandra, provided excellent service. The indoor pool was a fantastic spot for our kids to unwind after a day of adventures.

The Standard Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious, which was a nice surprise. Plenty of room to spread out. They did offer a clean bathroom, but the linens had some stains, which was a bit off-putting. My son mentioned the pull-out bed was dirty too, and we had to ask for bedding multiple times. Overall, it was okay, but there were a few cleanliness issues that stood out.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a wonderful staff member who ensured everything was perfect, adding a personal touch to my stay. The cleanliness of the pool area was a plus, and dining options were satisfying.
